Keeping warm on days that aren't cold enough for a jacket can be difficult to find something warm enough but not too warm to wear. This
Frame Denim Duster is perfect for being comfortably warm and still looking chic on a fall afternoon.
I paired the duster with the iconic J'adore Dior 8 shirt, known for being seen on idol Carrie Bradshaw from Sex And The City 2 movie. Also pairing the outfit with these grey
super skinny raw hem Hudson Jeans. Finishing the look off with my new
"Intentionally _____" leather boot.
From leather booties to over the knee boots no winter wardrobe is fully complete without a new pair of boots (mine are these "Intentionally _____" one's). If you invest in a nice pair of boots they tend to last much longer than a cheaper pair but.... taking care of them is key to having them last you. Here are a couple tips for breaking in your new boots and helping them withstand age as well as there form.
1. Stuff them when not being used.
Stuffing your boots while they are sitting in your closet is your best bet at keeping the shape you want them to remain in after breaking them in. There are many things you could stuff them with like towels, tennis balls, or boot stuffers that you can find sometimes at Marshall's or even your nearest Walmart.
2. Weather Proof them.
Whether you want to wear your boots in the rain or the snow or just to help you look cute in the chilly weather this winter, protecting them is the only way they will last because the elements can really start to take a toll on them after a few times out in the rain or snow. After doing some research on the top boot protecting products I found that
Otter Wax had some really good reviews and is affordable! Otter Wax is made with natural ingredients to ensure that all types of leather stay nourished, soft and waterproof.
Let me know if you try Otter Wax and how it worked on your boots!
